  • The traditional program also includes comprehensive labwork, and an EKG for patients being prescribed appetite suppressant medications.
  • Weight loss medicines are prescribed to patients that qualify and require them ONLY if participationg in the 6 month program.
  • The 6 month program also gets you a discounted membership at the Pike Creek Fitness Center.

2. How do I start?

  • If you think you are interested in learning more or if you are not sure if the full program is for you, we can schedule you a consultation and ReeVue metabolism test with the doctor – this cost is $200.
  • A $50 deposit to reserve a spot is taken over the phone and the remaining $150 is paid at the time of consultation.

3. What happens during the consultation?

  • Dr. Bianchi will perform a complete history, physical, body mass, and body fat calculation, and nutritional analysis.  He will then counsel you on how to break up your calories throughout the day, what type of exercise to do and what types of foods to eat.
  • Dr. Bianchi will also perform the ReeVue metabolsm test (a 15 minute breath test that determines exactly how many calories your body burns in a day)
  • After the consultation, you have all of the information you need to lose weight on your own and you will have no further obligation.
  • If you decide to sign up for the full program, Dr. Bianchi will give you a script for lab work which you will have done before you come in for your next visit.

4. How much does the FULL program cost?

  • A $50 deposit is taken to hold an appointment.
  • The total cost of the program is$675 if paid in full at the first visit, or $775 if paid with a payment plan.

  • Roughly $60/month over 12 months, or $120/month over 6 months.

5. Is the program covered by insurance?

  • Currently, only Medicare.  A health savings or Flex spending account may be used though and  Dr. Bianchi will give you a super-bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We have had some success with this if your family doctor also writes a letter of medical necessity for you to participate in the program.
  • The Medicare Program is fully covered by medicare minus any deductible and fees that are normally paid in any regular office visit with your physician (usually 20% of the visit charge).
